Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout within the next few days. Please please please make sure the address is correct! If the address is incorrect and you email us (info@moodycatsstudio.com) before the items are shipped, we will cancel your order so that the correct shipping address is provided.

Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and no longer within our control.

International Customers

We now ship to most countries Worldwide! Due to certain prohibitions and shipping restrictions, please check here if we are able to ship to your country. 

Please note, when purchasing from Moody Cats Studio, the buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, or VAT associated with international shipping. Customs charges vary so please keep this in mind when purchasing from Moody Cats Studio. 

Shipping Times

• United States: 1-2 Weeks

• Canada: 2-4 Weeks

• Everywhere Else 3-12 weeks

This is an approximate delivery schedule, and other outside factors may impact it that are not within our control (weather, post office schedule, etc.). If your order has not been delivered within the delivery schedule, please contact us at info@moodycatsstudio.com and we will do our best to fix the issue.

Lost Packages 

Once your package has been marked 'delivered' but you yourself have not yet received it, sometimes Post likes mark it as such early and it may arrive later that day or the day after for some reason.  Should that not be the case please contact your local post office as to the location of your package or to file a claim, we will only have the same information you do. Moody Cats Studio is not liable for missing packages. Thank you for understanding.
