Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason (during non sale events), please contact us immediately at: info@moodycatsstudio.com and provide your order number and reason for cancellation. Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed.
We do not offer any exchanges or refunds. Please be mindful when placing your order.
In the event that an order gets sent back to us due to wrong address, marked as undeliverable, or items are damaged and you decided to return it to us. There are two options after we've received the return:
- We can reship your order for you.
- Depending on the condition of the items, we can issue you a refund for the cost of the items MINUS the cost of shipping.
If there is something else wrong with your purchase, please email us at: info@moodycatsstudio.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and please provide your name and order number so we can resolve any issues.
During Sales Events: we do not offer cancellations.
Coupon Codes: Please make sure coupon codes are applied before payment is processed and order is confirmed. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively.
